​Abs 20XX is the compilation of my best knowledge, fitness tips and my actual training regime to help you get lean and build a powerful and aesthetic core (both male and female). 

My journey of refining my nutrition begun when I was in my late teens and tried to cure my skin problems. After 8 years of trial and error (I've tried almost everything), I have accumulated a solid base of knowledge of what actually works and what doesn't.
